Product Now "Agentic," Behaves the Same
The button that said "Run" now says "Delegate to Agent."

Sydney workflow-software company Pellinar has announced that its product is now “agentic,” following a release in which no functional code was changed.
“Pellinar has evolved from a tool you operate into a teammate you delegate to,” the company said in a blog post. The post was 1,100 words long and illustrated with a diagram of a brain.
In the updated product, the button previously labelled “Run” is labelled “Delegate to Agent.” The progress spinner is now captioned “Agent working.” A settings tab called “Rules” has been renamed “Automation” and contains the same four checkboxes.
The underlying system continues to execute the same scheduled if-this-then-that rules it has run since 2019. No model was added. The release notes, in full, read: “Terminology and iconography updates.”
“The agent can’t currently be given a goal, take an action the previous version couldn’t, or retain anything between runs,” said chief product officer Marcus Delaney. “Those are on the roadmap. What shipped is the framing, and the framing is the hard part.”
Existing customers were moved automatically to a new “Agentic” plan priced at three times the previous tier. Most learned of the change from the invoice.
“It does exactly what it did last month,” said one customer, a logistics coordinator in Perth. “It is just more expensive and the button is longer.”
